Meet Charles

A little about me

I am a member of the local community and involved with different groups and organisations. I was drawn to mediation to put into practice what I have been doing naturally for many years.

Having undertaken my training with a leading provider in London, I am now an accredited mediator and ready to help you with any form of relationship breakdown, conflict or dispute.

I am part of an organisation called The Dispute Resolution Agency and together we’re here to help you find positive ways forward through facilitated conversations.

As a Landlord I understand the issues which can be suffered between tenants and other occupiers, with rental payments, maintenance, and how these can quickly escalate if they are not dealt with promptly.

My background includes small business operations and working with contractors in service-based contracts. Client satisfaction, performance, payments and relationship management issues are all factors which can trigger conflict or a dispute to arise.

As a residential conveyancing professional, I have encountered the frustrations of delayed or non-completion of house sales. Often, this can be because of poor communication between professionals and their clients. Where this happens, people seek restitution and to be compensated for any loss suffered.

My approach and style

I take a calm and neutral approach to help you resolve your issues. You’ll find that when we talk, it’s like being with old friends and in safe company. Sometimes I find that people need to talk through their frustrations and work out a way forward. In other situations, we use mediation to bring the relevant people together round the table.

Mediation is simply a framework to help you find positive outcomes. It is a flexible process where we can work with you and the others involved in a manner which suits your collective needs. Find out more about my Mediation Services here.

If you are unsure about your options or just want to talk everything through, please call me.
